Your company’s logo will be featured on signage at coffee break stations throughout the event, and a sign with your logo will be placed next to the coffee service for maximum recognition. You can display your company banners and brochures on the sponsor literature table at the coffee break area. You may wish to provide coffee mugs, coffee carts,s or coffee sleeves with your logo to support your company branding at SBE. This sponsorship package includes ten (10) full attendee passes.

DRINKS RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP

Your company will be noticed by participants who will meet to mingle in a casual environment after a successful day of business and it will be attended by distinguished speakers, exhibitors, attendees, and sponsors. LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIP

Sponsor the luncheon and you will have an outstanding opportunity to reach all participants. You can place marketing materials at each seat and have a representative personally greet attendees as they enter the luncheon. You may also provide a company banner to be hung within the luncheon area. This sponsorship package includes ten (10) full attendee passes.

DELEGATES BAG SPONSORSHIP

$3,000 USD

This is the perfect opportunity to ensure the long-lasting exposure of your brand. Inserts in the attendee bag will be seen by every attendee not only during the Expo but after they return home. You can insert up to two (2) materials or products which can be a company brochure, flyer, pen, USB key, or any other small promotional items you would like. Every attendee will receive your insert – a great way to get your message to everyone. (Item may not be lanyards or bags) and the sponsor is responsible for purchasing and delivering the items by the deadline. This sponsorship package includes ten (10) full attendee passes.
